Duties and Responsibilities: \- Upon daily arrival, participate in opening the establishment: open doors, lower chairs, move tables, and mop floors. \- Arrive properly uniformed and maintaining good personal hygiene. \- Verify that your workstation is clean and equipped with necessary utensils before starting your shift. \- Clean walls and tiles near the grill. \- Shovel ash as instructed. \- Prepare orders according to tickets. \- Ensure food is cooked to required specifications. \- Clean the hood, griddle, and charcoal base after customer service ends. \- Maintain cleanliness of your work area at all times. \- Assist in closing the establishment: lift chairs, move tables, and mop floors.
