Execute recruitment and selection requests for personnel in accordance with established procedures, either directly or through a headhunter. 2. Develop and manage onboarding and training processes for new employees. 3. Administer personnel documentation (contracts, files, renewals, etc.). 4. Maintain thorough records of attendance, leave requests, vacations, and absences. 5. Prepare payroll and manage social benefits, strictly complying with labor regulations.
