Requirements: * Student pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Availability to work in Chorrillos (Monday to Friday). * Valid Health Certificate. * Competencies: Responsibility, organization, initiative, teamwork. Responsibilities: * Consolidate attendance reports. * Validate leaves of absence, medical leaves, and vacation requests. * Coordinate with supervisors regarding timekeeping discrepancies. * Organize employment contracts, addendums, and payroll slips. * Assist in entering information into T-Registro. * Review and process AFP, ONP, and EsSalud enrollments. * Process STCR registration and LIFE LAW insurance. * Support labor audits. * Assist in reporting management indicators. * Deliver memoranda as requested by each department head. * Provide support for all internal communication and employee well-being projects. * Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
