Career path opportunities HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR – PUENTE PIEDRA An established manufacturing company with over 40 years of industry experience seeks an experienced "HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR" to actively support the organization’s HUMAN RESOURCES department and contribute to the development of our human capital. REQUIREMENTS: – Graduates in Psychology or Industrial Engineering. – Males only (mandatory). – Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: – Maintain payroll records and control for all company personnel. – Maintain up-to-date attendance records (biometric and physical). – Keep each employee’s personnel file current. – Generate monthly reports on truncated and pending vacations; review vacation scheduling in coordination with departments, leaves, and other matters with appropriate advance notice. Plan recreational activities and staff events to foster employee loyalty and commitment to the company. – Review AFP, ONP, SIS, and Essalud compliance. – Register personnel hires and terminations appropriately in SUNAT payroll records. – Inform management and administration of expiring employment contracts and possible renewals, based on requirements from various departments. – Conduct recruitment, selection, hiring, and performance evaluation of personnel per departmental needs, in coordination with each department. – Submit to Accounting the list of personnel to be hired. Register and prepare employment contracts. – Communicate directives regarding employees’ rights and obligations. Issue memoranda or performance reports on personnel. – Submit weekly attendance reports to Management and Administration. – Issue payroll slips. – Inform Management about employee conduct and job performance. Inform Management of expiring employment contracts and possible renewals, based on requirements from various departments. – Submit weekly piece-rate payroll reports to Accounting, and monthly reports per company. – Identify and implement improvements to the working environment. – Reside in areas near Puente Piedra (Fundición bus stop). – Other related duties.
