Continuous training and an excellent work environment **Job Description** We are seeking a **Neonatal ICU Nurse** committed to delivering comprehensive care to critically ill and high-risk newborns, ensuring specialized, safe, and humanized care in accordance with institutional protocols and quality standards. **Requirements** * Professional nursing degree with active professional registration and license. * Specialization or experience in **Neonatal Intensive Care**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of managing critically ill neonatal patients and ICU biomedical equipment. * Basic English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills are desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive and specialized care to critically ill and high-risk neonates. * Implement and document the **Nursing Care Process (NCP)**. * Administer treatments and medications according to medical prescriptions. * Participate in specialized procedures, including insertion and management of venous access as appropriate. * Monitor, assess, and report patients' clinical progress. * Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and timely care. * Prepare for and assist in procedures, examinations, and intrahospital transfers. * Educate and guide family members regarding patient care. * Supervise assigned nursing technical staff. * Comply with biosafety, quality, and patient safety protocols. **Competencies** * Patient- and family-centered orientation. * Effective communication. * Organizational and planning ability. * Teamwork. * Decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Stress tolerance. * Proactivity and service orientation. **We Offer** * Integration into a growing healthcare institution. * Continuous training. * Excellent work environment. * Benefits in accordance with applicable law and organizational policies.
