Plan assessments and coordinate monthly scheduling At IGH, we are looking for top talent to join our team as a **Lifting Assessment Supervisor/Instructor**, responsible for leading and supervising the execution of technical assessments in lifting operations within mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and client-established guidelines. **Position Objective** Lead and supervise the execution of competency assessments in lifting operations, ensuring compliance with established technical and safety standards. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered engineer (mandatory). * Certification as an operator, rigger, or lifting supervisor instructor. * "Train-the-Trainer" certification. * Accreditation for lifting equipment (mobile crane, RT, AT, truck crane, overhead crane). * Minimum 5 years of experience in assessment, planning, or supervision of lifting operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan assessments and coordinate monthly scheduling. * Supervise theoretical and practical field assessments. * Validate Pass/Fail results. * Review digital evidence (checklists, photos, and videos). * Manage operational incidents. * Coordinate corrective actions with the client. * Prepare technical reports and KPI tracking. * Participate in technical meetings with the client. **Working Conditions** * Work modality: On-site at camp. * Work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off. * Shift: Up to 12 hours per day (day shift). * Transportation, meals, and accommodation provided. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * On-site work * Formal employment registration from day one – General Regime. * Full CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios). * 30 calendar days of vacation. * Essalud health insurance. * 14 annual salaries: 12 monthly remunerations + 2 bonuses (Independence Day and Christmas). * Excellent working environment. **Apply with us and join our team!** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 – S/.2.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have supervising or assessing lifting operations in mining or heavy industry? * Do you hold accreditations for lifting equipment (mobile crane, RT, AT, truck crane, or overhead crane)? * Please indicate your district of residence and current phone number: * Are you available to start work in the near term?
