Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure quality during raw material receipt, develop production metrics, and oversee hygiene best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Raw material and finished product quality verification 2. Development of quality and production metrics 3. Training on product handling and good practices FISH AND SEAFOOD PROCESSING PLANT IS SEEKING TOP TALENT Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of experience in fishery product processing plants (graduates or technical degree holders). · Knowledge of fishery products (shrimp and fish in general) and current regulations. · Candidate must be able to work under pressure, possess strong communication skills, and analytical capability. Responsibilities: · Responsible for quality verification upon receipt of fresh and frozen raw materials (e.g., shrimp, tail count, etc.; for frozen products, perform sampling to assess product quality), · Develop metrics (quality and production standards) for production control (operators). · Establish controls and ensure compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). · Report improper practices to the plant supervisor or production line incidents. · Propose improvement processes and/or solutions to management for issues identified on the production line. · Responsible for inspecting all finished products to ensure compliance with company-established quality standards (development of quality checklists). · Train operators on proper product handling within the plant, as well as distribution and delivery personnel. Benefits: · Compensation: PEN 2,500.00 monthly, formal employment under MYPE payroll with all statutory benefits.
