What profile are we seeking? * **Minimum two (2) years of experience** in similar roles within help desk or user support services in a maintenance environment * Graduate or certified technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * Knowledge of ticket or maintenance request management in maintenance environments. Other considerations: * 24/7 availability required (rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, or night). * On-site work at Jorge Chavez International Airport is required.
