Positive work environment. **A construction industry company** is looking for a Mason Operator to join our team on civil engineering projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in construction tasks (mixing, loading, and site cleaning). * Perform wall erection, plastering, formwork, and finishing tasks according to the position level. * Safely operate manual and electric tools. * Carry out basic electrical installation tasks, such as assisting with conduit routing, pipe laying, and other related activities (based on experience). * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Perform other duties assigned by the site foreman or supervisor. **Requirements** * Minimum **6 months** of experience as a Mason Operator or in similar roles. * **Electrical knowledge** (mandatory). * Availability to work on-site. **Benefits** * Employment under the **Civil Construction Regime**. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity to participate in major construction projects. **Work Location:** Callao.
