Position Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed Operations Monitors to supervise plan execution, control timing, and coordinate operational flow, with the ability to work under pressure and resolve incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time supervision and control of yard plan execution. 2. Monitoring of vehicle and equipment flow, validating internal routes. 3. Constant coordination with operators and supervisors for operational flow. **We are looking for responsible and committed Operations Monitors to work at DPWORLD or TRANSTAINER facilities, on rotating shifts, capable of working under pressure, results-oriented, and skilled in continuous monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.** **Main Responsibilities:** \-Record deviations, incidents, and idle times, escalating them to the planning department. \-Supervise real-time yard plan execution, ensuring correct unit placement according to the operational layout. \-Control unit service and dwell times within the yard, identifying delays, causes, and responsible parties. \-Monitor vehicle and equipment flow, validating internal routes, authorized zones, and service priorities. \-Report process deviations (e.g., mispositioned units, delays, operator absences) and escalate critical cases. \-Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and coordinators to maintain operational flow. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience as an Operations Monitor or in similar roles. * Availability for full-time on-site work. * Valid documentation supporting employment. **Benefits:** **Payroll enrollment from day one, SCTR, EsSalud, Life Insurance, 15 days of annual vacation, 50% CTS, 50% bonus.** Job Type: Full-time, On-site.
