Position Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed Operations Monitors to supervise the execution of the yard plan, control timing, and monitor vehicle traffic. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time supervision of the yard plan and unit locations 2. Control of unit service and dwell times 3. Monitoring of vehicle and equipment traffic **We are looking for responsible and committed Operations Monitors to work at DPWORLD or TRANSTAINER facilities, on rotating shifts, with the ability to work under pressure, results orientation, and skills in continuous tracking, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.** **Main Responsibilities:** \-Record deviations, incidents, and empty time slots, escalating them to the planning department. \-Supervise real-time execution of the yard plan, ensuring correct unit placement according to the operational layout. \-Control unit service and dwell times within the yard, identifying delays, root causes, and responsible parties. \-Monitor vehicle and equipment traffic, validating internal routes, authorized zones, and service priorities. \-Report process deviations (e.g., mispositioned units, delays, operator absences) and escalate critical cases. \-Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and coordinators to maintain operational flow. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience as an Operations Monitor or in similar roles. * Availability for full-time, on-site work. * Valid documentation supporting employment. **Benefits:** **Payroll enrollment from day one, SCTR, EsSalud, Life Insurance, 15 days of annual vacation, CTS at 50%, and 50% bonus.** Job Type: Full-time, On-site.
