Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, disinfection, and basic maintenance of offices and common areas, as well as providing support in security. Key Highlights: 1. Thorough cleaning and disinfection of premises. 2. Basic maintenance (painting, electricity, plumbing). 3. Support in security and waste management. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Clean offices, desks, floors, windows, and common areas. * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect premises. * Empty trash bins and properly handle waste. * Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish toilet paper and other supplies. * Maintain cleanliness in dining areas or kitchenettes. * Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, electrical work, and plumbing. * Provide support in security. ***Position Requirements:*** * Completed secondary education. * 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Immediate availability to work in the afternoon. * Responsible and honest individual. Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
