Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle goods receipt, organization, picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Fixed working hours with weekends off **COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN THE ELECTRICAL SECTOR IS SEEKING A WAREHOUSE OPERATOR \- WORK LOCATION: AV. COLONIAL / CALLAO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 3 months of experience (NOT MANDATORY).** * **Experience in warehousing or related areas.** * **BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF DISPATCH (NOT MANDATORY).** * **Organized, orderly, and disciplined.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle order receipt. * Maintain and respect the designated location of goods within the warehouse. * Pick goods according to released Sales Orders. * Pack, box, mark, and label goods for distribution. * Maintain the good condition and availability of materials. * Maintain order and cleanliness within the warehouse. * Deliver goods to store customers. * Supplier coordination (goods receipt, returns), storage, picking, and verification of goods. * Fulfill daily task schedules assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor. * Support cyclic inventory counts. * Execute goods dispatch according to the route sheet. **BENEFITS:** * **Salary: S/ 1300 \+ productivity bonuses; formal employment with all statutory benefits, profit sharing, CTS, year-end bonus, EsSalud, vacation, and family allowance** * **Fixed schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays 8:30 AM to noon.
