Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for loading and unloading waste, following established procedures and other instructions from supervisors. Key Highlights: 1. Defined work schedule from Monday to Saturday 2. Mental Health and Emotional Well-being Training 3. Healthy work environment **Main Responsibilities:** * Properly load and unload waste. * Follow established procedures. * Perform other duties as directed by immediate supervisors. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of cargo handling and loading. * Waste Management Training. * Minimum 6 months of experience in cargo handling and loading (or related fields). * Must reside in the Ventanilla area or nearby districts. * Willingness to travel to provinces. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1,130 * Transportation allowance: S/25 * Work schedule \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Cooperative agreements for personal loans. * Training on Mental Health – Emotional Well-being. * Healthy work environment **Address:** Av.
