




Job Summary: Supports the production, preparation, and quality control of bakery products while maintaining order and hygiene in the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in baking, decoration, and packaging **Bakery Assistant (Plant) Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing bakery products according to recipes and established standards. * Prepare, weigh, and organize supplies and raw materials prior to production. * Operate and assist in using bakery equipment and utensils, following safety protocols. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Assist in baking, cooling, basic decoration, and packaging of products. * Ensure proper rotation and storage of supplies and finished products. * Support visual and presentation quality control of products. * Comply with occupational hygiene, safety, and health regulations. Rotating shift schedule between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. (8 hours) Meals provided Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
