Position Summary: This role involves analyzing sales data, monitoring performance targets, managing inventory, and supervising production and supply chain operations to ensure excellent customer service. Ensure high-quality customer service. **Job Description** ---------------------- Collect and analyze sales information; monitor departmental performance to meet objectives; manage inventory in accordance with budgetary constraints. * Provide support to the direct supervisor as required. * Plan and supervise production execution. * Supervise procurement of merchandise and production inputs in coordination with the Purchasing Department. * Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to develop new products or improve existing ones based on market demand. * Supervise availability of necessary equipment and materials to ensure quality service for internal and external customers. * Inventory control: NSG, shrinkage, liquidation of overstocks, transfers. * Comply with service routines and protocols applicable to this role under the Tottus “Kindness Service Model.” * Ensure that the team under your supervision complies with service routines and protocols applicable to their roles under the Tottus “Kindness Service Model.” **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Currently pursuing or having partially completed university or technical education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roles with team leadership responsibilities. * Prior knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and BPA. * Experience handling purchase orders. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate-level Microsoft Access knowledge. * Full-time on-site availability, working Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off.
