




Job Summary: A professional who defines value propositions, strategic objectives by brand, and identifies market trends for the development of the Strategic Plan and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Defining value propositions and strategic objectives by brand. 2. Analyzing market trends and participating in the strategic planning process. 3. Managing and building the product portfolio strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES: Define the value proposition and strategic objectives by brand, based on competition and target customers. Identify market trends quantitatively and qualitatively, based on analysis of opportunities related to the market, competition, customer needs, end consumers, and channels. Participate in developing the company’s Strategic Plan in coordination with Marketing Management, Commercial Management, and General Management. Develop the company’s portfolio matrix, incorporating variables such as product functionality, dimensions, capacity, target segment, and competition. Build the portfolio strategy (segment / pricing), analyzing opportunities for product and/or brand development. Understand and establish the product life cycle to ensure proper resource allocation and alignment with business objectives. PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in similar positions in marketing, portfolio management, or trade marketing. Experience in product portfolio management.
