Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Prevention Specialist to supervise and manage occupational safety, health, and environmental matters, developing procedures and plans to prevent incidents and illnesses. Maintenance of standards and health surveillance We are looking for an SSOMA PREVENTION SPECIALIST. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and/or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in activities related to those to be supervised (subject to prior evaluation based on work criticality). * Desired: Relevant courses and/or diplomas corresponding to the activities to be supervised (minimum 120 hours). * MS Office – Intermediate level. * Valid Class A1 driver's license. * Willingness to commute to Callao and Lurín. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** 1\. Maintain statistical records related to accidents and incidents for at least the two years preceding the application date. Likewise, prevent fatal or lethal accidents involving the organization’s direct responsibility. 2\. Develop and maintain the hazard identification matrix, risk assessment, risk evaluation, and control determination related to employee safety and health, as well as the management model or matrix concerning the company’s various environmental impacts and aspects. 3\. Standardize work procedures or methodologies, identifying possible deviations or adverse effects that may arise, along with necessary controls to mitigate their occurrence. 4\. In emergency management, maintain a clearly defined procedure or plan capable of responding to any SSOMA-related emergency. 5\. Maintain and review the list of personnel assigned to perform the duties, including their respective certifications for comprehensive safety and competence. 6\. Develop and maintain occupational health surveillance plans or epidemiological surveillance plans. These enable appropriate action during critical periods of onset of typically severe illnesses. 7\.
