Are you passionate about managing the end-to-end procurement cycle and collaborating closely with the Operations team? At LPS Group, we are seeking a Procurement Analyst to optimize the supply chain for services and materials, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement within the department. **Position Mission** Ensure comprehensive and strategic management of the end-to-end procurement cycle (S2C + P2P), guaranteeing that each process contributes to meeting project timelines, budgets, and objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the end-to-end Procurement cycle (S2C + P2P) aligned with project timelines, budgets, and standards. * Execute **sourcing processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP)**: preparation of terms of reference, LPU, evaluation criteria, technical-economic comparisons, and TCO analysis. * Conduct supplier homologation and legal/tax due diligence in Chile. * Manage supplier relationships (**SRM**): onboarding, performance monitoring, and improvement plans. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and anti-corruption standards. * Maintain documentary traceability and provide audit support. * Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams: WBS, schedule, risks, costs, and communications. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and best practices. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization efforts, and e-procurement processes. * Incorporate sustainability/ESG criteria into procurement activities where applicable. * Coordinate with various internal departments to understand requirements and ensure accurate acquisition of goods and services. * Maintain up-to-date documentation on contracts and transactions. * Monitor internal satisfaction regarding acquired services. **Requirements** * **3 years of experience** in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain roles within the Telecommunications industry. * Experience in procurement for Fixed Network infrastructure projects. * Solid understanding of S2C and P2P cycles. * Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management. * Advanced proficiency in **Power BI**. * Experience in project environments and cross-functional collaboration across departments. **If you have Procurement experience and mastery of end-to-end processes, we want to meet you!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 – S/.2.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * What is your availability? * Do you possess Power BI expertise to manage procurement KPIs and reports? * In which sectors have you worked?
