Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer with construction experience to plan, control, and optimize processes, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. We are looking for a Production Engineer with experience in construction projects, focused on planning, controlling, and optimizing on-site production processes to ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects. * Knowledge of production planning and control on construction sites. * Proficiency in developing execution schedules using MS Project or similar tools. * Experience in monitoring physical progress, quantity take-offs, and crew productivity. * Knowledge of continuous improvement and optimization of construction processes. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork capabilities. Main Responsibilities * Plan, schedule, and monitor on-site production activities. * Control and monitor the physical and productive progress of projects. * Optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment. * Coordinate continuously with Construction, Logistics, SSOMA (Safety, Health, Occupational Medicine, and Environment), and Quality departments. * Prepare production, productivity, and construction progress reports. * Analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with established deadlines, project budget, and safety and quality standards. Working Conditions: * Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM / Saturdays: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM * Competitive market-based salary. * Formal payroll according to labor regime. * Work location: Callao Boca Negra Salary: Up to S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
