Strategic thinking, creativity, and results orientation. Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Availability for on-site work. * Responsibilities: Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Participate in planning commercial calendars and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate and execute video and advertising asset production with the creative team. Schedule and publish content. Write advertising copy and messages tailored for various channels. Propose improvement initiatives to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports. Coordinate with vendors, media outlets, and strategic partners as needed.
