Position Summary: Direct and coordinate demolition and/or construction of telecommunications sites, chair meetings, and manage project documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead telecommunications construction projects. 2. Chair progress meetings with the client. 3. Manage the quality dossier (Site Folder). * Profession: Licensed and registered Civil Engineer, Architect, or Mechanical Engineer. Current registration and license required (Mandatory) * Experience: Minimum 3 years leading construction projects in the telecommunications sector (Mandatory) and Data Centers (Non-mandatory) * Job Description: * Direct and coordinate demolition and/or construction activities at a telecommunications site. * Chair weekly progress meetings with the client. * Issue commencement, progress, biweekly, and final project reports. * Manage and sign the daily site logbook. * Authorize commencement of each activity classified as low, medium, or high risk. * Verify adherence to the project schedule. * Manage the complete quality dossier (Site Folder). * Sign As-Built drawings.
