Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist to develop and implement plans, improve internal policies, and supervise documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Development and implementation of annual OHS plans 2. Continuous improvement of internal OHS policies 3. Field project support and supervision Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. \- Training courses in safety management, occupational health and environmental management, or related areas. \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an OHS Specialist. (MANDATORY) \- Unique Labor Certificate (Formerly CertiJoven/CertiAdulto) \- Residing near Puente Piedra or surrounding areas. (Non-exclusive) Responsibilities: \- Preparation, dissemination, and restructuring of the annual OHS plan. \- Continuous improvement of internal OHS policies. \- Support for field projects. \- Supervision of all departmental documentation and procedures. \- Generation of project progress reports and OHS reports. \- Willingness to conduct field visits for projects. We Offer: \- Salary: S/.3000 \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM \- Direct payroll registration with full statutory benefits.
