Focus on doing the job well and proactivity Job Objective Master the preparation of sushi rolls and the making of bases/sauces, maintaining delivery-time efficiency and workstation organization to meet the service and flavor standards that distinguish us. Key Responsibilities: * Sauce Preparation: Daily preparation of bases and dressings following standard recipes. * Sushi Production: High-precision rolling, cutting, and plating. * Hygiene Control: Maintaining deep cleaning of the workstation and proper handling of ingredients (Mise en place).
