Job Summary: Customs management coordinator responsible for processing customs clearances, managing declarations, and advising clients on nationalization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the opening of service orders and coordinate payments. 2. Process customs clearances and Goods Declarations in the customs system. 3. Advise clients on the nationalization process. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ***Income Regime \- IMPO*** * Collect documentation and information required by the client * Manage the opening of service orders * Coordinate proforma payment arrangements * Process customs clearances in the customs system * Process Customs Goods Declarations (DAM) * Prepare self-assessments * Regularize urgent and anticipatory clearances * Coordinate cargo shipment * Track progress with clients and suppliers * Advise clients on the nationalization process ***Profile*** * Technical or university degree in International Business Administration or related field. * Minimum one (01\) year of experience as a customs sector specialist in customs agencies. * Stay updated on changes in customs regulations. * Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office.
