What are we looking for? * Experience developing social media content strategies. * Excellent creative judgment and strong aesthetic sensibility. * Ability to identify trends and strategically adapt them to different brands and industries. * Skill in developing ideas, concepts, scripts, and communication lines. * Excellent writing ability and capacity to produce natural, relatable content tailored to each brand’s personality. * Ability to analyze which content performs well and propose improvements. * Judgment to strategically repurpose and adapt content across different formats and platforms. * Capacity to participate in client meetings, present proposals, and justify decisions. * Organizational skills to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously. * A proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated individual—we seek someone who proposes solutions without waiting for instructions. * Strong communication skills and client orientation. * Continuous interest in content, advertising, marketing, and social media trends. We especially value: * 1 year of experience working with diverse brands or within marketing agencies. * Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and their content formats. * Basic knowledge of digital advertising and understanding of content’s role within a paid media strategy. * Ability to question, propose, and make decisions with sound judgment.
