At ETNA, a leading Peruvian company in energy solutions for Peru and the world, we are seeking a Production Supervisor for our recycling and smelting plant located in the district of Ventanilla. Who are we looking for? * Professional with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Desired: 03 years of experience in lead recovery processes. * Experience in industrial smelting, metal-mechanical, or related plants. * Experience leading work teams. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office applications. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. What will your responsibilities be? * Supervise the recycling production process at the Ventanilla plant. * Report and record shift production in the SAP system. * Request raw materials, supplies, consumables, and personal protective equipment from the warehouse department. * Supervise and control production losses and non-conforming products. * Train new personnel on their assigned tasks within each production process, as well as deliver the corresponding safety briefing during each work shift. * Supervise and control production losses and non-conforming products to analyze and propose action plans aimed at reducing them. * Record and monitor overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to ensure plant recycling availability, performance, and quality. * Prepare the shift report. * At the start of each shift, verify that all personnel are present and equipped with their required PPE. * Conduct WSPs (Written Safe Work Procedures) for missing activities. * Train new personnel on their assigned tasks within each production process, as well as deliver the corresponding safety briefing during each work shift. * Supervise and verify that critical environmental protection and care equipment is in optimal condition. * Supervise and control raw material, supply, and consumable stock levels to prevent stockouts and ensure compliance with the production schedule. * Other duties related to the position. **What benefits will you receive?** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Mobility bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Profit sharing. * 50% covered EPS (optional). * Other corporate benefits such as Family Allowance for employees with children, Schooling Bonus, Newborn Bonus, Marriage Bonus, Financial support in case of death of immediate family members, Loans. * Discounts on battery purchases and more.
