With over 10 years of educational experience, we take pride in offering a unique learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and the personal development of each student. **Requirements:** * Professional Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education * Minimum 2 years of teaching and student training experience in **Early Childhood Education** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), proficiency in ICT tools * Dynamic, proactive, creative, quick learner, patient, and affectionate * Proficiency in Google Workspace * Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience * Preferably residing in San Juan de Miraflores or neighboring districts **Responsibilities:** · Deliver classes to students following curriculum guidelines. · Prepare and plan effective lessons that promote active learning and student engagement. · Provide individualized tutoring according to students’ needs. · Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. · Maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians regarding their child’s overall performance through phone calls, emails, and/or interviews as part of the tutoring process. · Collaborate with other teaching and administrative staff to create an enriching educational environment. · Actively attend and participate in institutional research projects, meetings, and other activities promoted by the school. · Develop bimonthly educational lesson plans and ensure their implementation.
