REQUIREMENTS: \- Knowledge of women's garment pattern drafting (jackets). \- Knowledge of freehand pattern drafting. \- Knowledge of template making. \- Knowledge of woven and knitted fabrics (mixed). \- Knowledge of fabric spreading. \- Operation of vertical cutting machines. \- Operation of straight-line cutting machines. \- Operation of band knife cutting machines. \- Orderliness, punctuality, responsibility, and cleanliness. \- Judgment and proactivity in problem solving. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a textile cutter. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform fabric spreading, layering, placement of patterns, and corresponding fabric marking; organization and speed in fabric cutting. * Verify that the marking notches indicated in the fabric marking are clearly defined. * Inspect fabric spreading prior to the cutting process. * Verify cutting accuracy for each fabric piece and minimize fabric waste as much as possible.
