Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and optimize the production process in a textile company, coordinating key departments and monitoring operational efficiency. Optimization of resources to improve productivity About Us We are a textile company with over 20 years of market presence, dedicated to the production and marketing of apparel. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and control the production process (from sample development to final production). * Coordinate cutting, sewing, preparation, and finishing departments. * Monitor production timelines and operational staff performance. * Calculate the cost per operation for each production process. * Determine the total production cost per garment based on labor and efficiency. * Optimize resources to improve productivity and margins. * Coordinate with external workshops and suppliers when necessary. Requirements * Graduate or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields (technical or university degree). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in textile production or a similar industry. * Basic knowledge of cost structures and process control. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred). * Proactivity, leadership, and organizational skills. * Availability to work onsite in Puente Piedra.
