Cleam Ambiental, an organization specialized in waste management and treatment, is seeking a **Welding Assistant** to join its maintenance department. We are looking for committed, responsible individuals interested in developing skills in metalwork. **Required Profile:** * Completed secondary education or basic technical studies. * Minimum 6 months and maximum 1 year of experience assisting in welding or metallic maintenance tasks. * Basic proficiency in cutting, grinding, and surface preparation tools. * Availability to work in the Ventanilla area. * Knowledge of and compliance with SSOMA safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist welders in assembling, repairing, and welding metal structures. * Prepare materials, equipment, and surfaces before each task. * Perform cleaning, grinding, and simple painting activities. * Maintain order in the work area and ensure proper use of equipment. * Comply with established safety and environmental guidelines. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Direct payroll employment from day one. * Timely biweekly payments. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth. * Job stability and ongoing support. * A safe work environment focused on human talent development.
