




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure compliance with GMP, verify incidents, train staff, and control processes at a bakery and pastry production center. Verify the quality of products, raw materials, and packaging A bakery and pastry production center is seeking: **QUALITY ASSISTANT – FOOD** REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in the Quality area within food processing companies. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Thorough knowledge of GMP. * Preferably residing in districts near Villa El Salvador. RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure compliance with GMP. * Verify and report daily plant incidents (production, dispatch). * Train staff on QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY topics. * Raise awareness among organizational staff regarding quality matters. * Control processes and complete internal records. * Verify the quality and good condition of products, raw materials, packaging, and containers. * Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to problems. * Timely submission of daily progress reports and corresponding reports to the supervisor or immediate manager. * Monitor adherence to the production plan.
