Adhere to infection prevention and control standards, clinical care guidelines, and central sterilization unit procedure manuals. 2\. Perform cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization processes for medical devices used by internal and external users. 3\. Apply infection prevention and control measures throughout central sterilization unit processes. 4\. Follow nursing instructions and provide dynamic support in carrying out processes. 5\. Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment and furniture to ensure their maintenance and operational readiness. 6\. Comply with institutional regulations to support the achievement of organizational objectives and goals. 7\. Participate in nursing department reporting activities. 8\. Perform manual and automated washing of medical devices. 9\. Package medical devices. 10\. Load medical devices into high- and low-temperature sterilization equipment. 11\. Deliver sterile medical devices to departments and facilities. 12\. Maintain area records. 13\. Report incidents and/or adverse events to the service coordinator and relevant departments. 14\.
