We are currently looking for a **Commercial Advisor** with strong verbal communication skills, customer orientation, a proactive attitude, and motivation to grow within the commercial area. **Prior experience in printing is not required.** We will provide comprehensive training on our products, services, and processes. Which products and services will you promote? You will serve businesses and enterprises requiring graphic solutions, including: * Banners and graphic advertising. * Brochures and promotional materials. * Newsletters. * Customized boxes and packaging. * Customized bags. * Merchandising. * Screen-printed products. * Other printing products and services. Main Responsibilities * Attend to and advise customers visiting the store. * Identify each customer’s needs and requirements. * Recommend graphic products and solutions according to their needs. * Prepare and follow up on quotations. * Manage customer inquiries and orders. * Follow up on commercial opportunities. * Acquire new customers and generate new sales opportunities. * Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill orders. * Maintain courteous, customer-satisfaction-focused service.
