**COPESUL S.A.C. – Flexible Packaging and Supplies Industry** We are currently in the **recruitment and selection process** to fill the following position: **EXTRUDER OPERATOR** **Department:** Plastic Bag Production **Work schedule:** **4x3 rotating shift** (four working days followed by three days off) **Required Profile** * Minimum of **02 years** of experience in **extrusion processes**. * Proficiency in using **measuring instruments** (micrometer, dynamometer, etc.). * Knowledge of **raw material blends** and **extrusion parameters**. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform machine **startup and fine-tuning**, ensuring proper **width and thickness** of the film. * Conduct **thickness control** using a micrometer and monitor the film’s **treatment intensity**. * Supervise **operational parameters** (temperature, speeds, and winding). * Operate extrusion line machinery in accordance with established standards. * Verify proper line operation and **appropriate material usage**, according to the formulation defined by **Production Planning and Control**. * Carry out **line startups and shutdowns**, in compliance with current procedures. * Perform **product controls** (thickness, treatment intensity, etc.). * Fulfill other duties assigned by the **immediate supervisor**. **Benefits** * **Formal employment registration**, including all statutory benefits. * **Medical insurance**. * **Negotiable remuneration**, commensurate with experience and competencies.
