**COPESUL S.A.C. – Flexible Packaging and Supplies Industry** We are currently in the process of **recruitment and selection** for the position of: **EXTRUSION MACHINE OPERATOR** **Department:** Plastic Bag Production **Work Schedule:** **4x3** (four working days followed by three days off) \- rotating **Profile Requirements** * Minimum of **02 years** of experience in **extrusion** processes. * Proficiency in using **measuring instruments** (micrometer, dynamometer, among others). * Knowledge of **raw material blends** and **extrusion parameters**. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform machine **startup and fine-tuning**, ensuring the film’s **width and thickness**. * Conduct **thickness control** using a micrometer and monitor the film’s **treatment intensity**. * Monitor **operational parameters** (temperature, speeds, and winding). * Operate machinery in the **production line** during the extrusion process. * Verify proper line operation and ensure appropriate material usage according to the **formulation assigned by the Production Planning and Control Department**. * Carry out **line startups and shutdowns**, following established procedures. * Execute **product controls** (thickness, treatment intensity, among others). * Fulfill other duties assigned by the **immediate supervisor**. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration with **all statutory benefits**. * **Medical insurance**. * **Negotiable salary**, commensurate with experience and competencies.
