**Koreanca S.A.C. – Flexible Packaging and Supplies Industry** We are currently in the **recruitment and selection process** to fill the following position: **EXTRUSION MACHINE OPERATOR** **Department:** Plastic Bag Production **Work schedule:** **Rotating 4x3** (four days of work followed by three days of rest) **Required Profile** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in **extrusion processes**. * Proficiency in using **measuring instruments** (micrometer, dynamometer, among others). * Knowledge of **raw material blends** and **extrusion parameters**. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out machine **startup and fine-tuning**, ensuring proper **width and thickness** of the film. * Perform **thickness control** using a micrometer and monitor the film’s **treatment level**. * Supervise **operational parameters** (temperature, speeds, and winding). * Operate extrusion line machinery in accordance with established standards. * Verify proper line operation and **appropriate material usage**, according to the formulation defined by **Production Planning and Control**. * Execute **line startups and shutdowns**, following current procedures. * Conduct **product controls** (thickness, treatment intensity, among others). * Fulfill other duties assigned by the **immediate supervisor**. **Benefits** * **Payroll registration**, including all statutory benefits. * **Medical insurance**. * **Negotiable remuneration**, commensurate with experience and competencies.
