Opportunity for continued employment based on performance **COPESUL S.A.C.**, an industrial-sector company dedicated to the production of flexible packaging, is seeking an **Industrial Engineering Intern** interested in professional development within a real operational environment, participating in activities related to **logistics, industrial processes, and operational improvement**. **Candidate Profile:** * Student in the final cycles of **Industrial Engineering**. * Preferably ranked in the **top 5% or top 10%** of the class. * Interest in **logistics, industrial processes, operational efficiency, and plant management**. * Knowledge and experience in **logistics, process control, or operational management**. * Prior experience in **production, operations, or process support** (desirable but not mandatory). * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and ability to analyze information. * An **organized, analytical, and continuously learning-oriented** profile. * Residency in areas near **Ate Vitarte, Huachipa, Santa Clara, Chaclacayo, Chosica, Ñaña, Huaycán, Gloria, Santa Anita, or neighboring districts**. **Internship Location:** Ate – Horacio Zevallos **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Offered:** * **Paid pre-professional internships.** * **Direct on-site training at the industrial plant**, participating in real processes. * **Certificate upon completion of the internship period.** * **Opportunity for continued employment based on performance.** Position Type: Full-time, Internship / Scholarship Salary: Starting from S/.0\.10 per month Work Location: On-site employment
