Teamwork and adherence to quality standards GAMMA PLAST, a Peruvian company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of flexible (PLASTIC) packaging, is looking for **SEALING MACHINE OPERATORS** with the following characteristics: **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in (t-shirt (Hemingstone), patch handle, and loop handle) * Industrial sealing machine operation experience is desirable. * Energetic, responsible, punctual, and committed individuals. * Experience using measuring equipment. * **Availability to work on a 4x2 schedule.** * Immediate availability. * Residence in areas adjacent to ATE. **Responsibilities:** * Perform bag sealing operations in compliance with quality standards and within scheduled timeframes. * Start up, operate, and control sealing machine parameters. * Mount rolls for machine feeding. * Inspect, perform, and record adjustments to sealing tracks. * Adjust machines for production line changes according to customer specifications (bag design, bag length, sealing speed). * Inspect and ensure finished product quality (verify bag length and width). * Meet production scheduling and established product priorities. * Package sealed bags into bundles according to received production orders, ensuring correct packaging in terms of quantity, weight, and configuration. * Carry out operational tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Opportunities for internal career advancement. * Pleasant work environment. ***Must be available to work rotating day and night shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.*** **DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:** * Valid DNI. * Utility bill receipt. * CV (curriculum vitae). * Copy of the Unique Labor Certificate (Certijoven or Certiadulto). * Vaccination card. **SALARY RANGE: S/.1,300 to S/.1,700, subject to machine performance evaluation** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
