We are currently looking for a **Production Supervisor \- Bakery** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead operational production staff. * Coordinate processes including mixing, fermentation, baking, decoration, cooling, and packaging. * Verify adherence to daily production schedules. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety regulations. * Monitor appropriate consumption of raw materials, supplies, and consumables. * Track productivity, efficiency, and performance indicators. * Control waste and propose actions for its reduction. * Coordinate with the warehouse department to ensure timely supply of raw materials and supplies. * Coordinate with maintenance for equipment repair and upkeep. * Supervise proper operation of ovens, mixers, beaters, fermentation chambers, and other production equipment. * Train staff on operational procedures, safety, and food safety. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and organization within production areas. * Prepare daily production reports, incident logs, productivity summaries, and indicator compliance reports. * Propose continuous improvements to production processes. **Requirements** * University degree in: Food Industry Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in: bakeries, food plants, food sector companies, or similar. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising production processes in bakeries, food plants, or food sector companies. * Experience leading and managing operational work teams. * Experience implementing and supervising compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety standards. * Knowledge and experience in industrial baking processes, including mixing, fermentation, baking, cooling, and packaging. * Experience in production control, raw material management, waste control, yield tracking, and productivity indicators. * Experience supervising operation of industrial bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, beaters, and fermentation chambers. * Ability to coordinate with warehouse and maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Ability to lead work teams, organize and plan daily operations, communicate effectively, and make timely decisions. * Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure. * **Benefits** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. * Weekly and biweekly payments. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Ongoing training in production processes and food safety. * Excellent working environment. * Job stability. * Employee discounts on company products (if applicable). * Meal coverage. * Supplementary insurance or additional benefits according to company policy.
