Product training and career path development **DESOR Corporation**, a company specializing in the sale of compressors and other components for automotive and heavy machinery air conditioning systems, is seeking a Retail Salesperson to serve customers online and close sales generated by our Google Ads and social media campaigns. **Profile.** If you are a woman passionate about sales or hospitality, with strong sales talent and ambition to become the best in sales — this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** \- Handle incoming leads from social media, Google Ads, and the company website. \- Advise customers on products and available alternatives. \- Prepare quotations, close contracts, and conduct post-sales follow-up. \- Follow up with prospects until purchase is finalized. \- Conduct field visits, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations. \- Submit weekly reports on progress and results within the customer portfolio. \- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. **Requirements** \- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, call centers, or customer service (preferably in automotive spare parts, auto parts, or technical hardware). \- Ability to track and close sales. \- Basic proficiency in CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Excel. \- Availability to work in San Borja (on-site) and conduct field visits. **We Offer** \- Fixed salary: S/ 1,300.00. \- Commissions on total sales. \- Monthly bonus for goal achievement. \- Training on specialized products. \- Career path progression to Corporate Sales Executive.
