Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and management-capable professional to lead the supply, procurement, and spare parts control process for our mining operation. Key Highlights: 1. Lead procurement, purchasing, and spare parts control in mining operations. 2. Serve as the key bridge between maintenance and suppliers. 3. Ensure accurate and timely inventory replenishment at mine warehouses. We seek an organized and management-capable professional to lead the supply, procurement, and spare parts control process for our mining operation. You will serve as the key bridge between the mine maintenance team and suppliers, ensuring equipment never halts due to spare parts shortages. **Main Responsibilities** * **Procurement Management:** Process, quote, and manage orders (requirements) for spare parts and materials generated by the maintenance department. * **Flow Control:** Supervise and track all items dispatched to the mine, all returns (returns, tools, external repairs), and all purchases. * **History and Recordkeeping:** Maintain up-to-date records of purchase history, pricing, delivery times, and key suppliers. * **Spare Parts Planning:** Register and forecast critical spare parts required for preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * **Stock Assurance:** Coordinate internal logistics to ensure accurate and timely inventory replenishment at mine warehouses. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles (maintenance logistics, technical procurement, or spare parts planning), preferably within the mining or industrial sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with heavy/mining machinery spare parts and inventory management. * **Tools:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. * **Skills:** Negotiation, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunities for career growth and job stability.
