Our team is actively searching for a **Warehouse Supervisor \- Spare Parts Team Leader** to lead the operational management of inventories, receiving, storage, and dispatch of components and spare parts. If you are a professional focused on stock control, logistics efficiency, and warehouse team management, we want to meet you! **Job Mission** Lead and optimize daily spare parts warehouse operations, ensuring inventory control, timely service to workshops/customers, and compliance with operational safety and quality standards. **Main Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 to 4 years of experience** in spare parts warehouse management (automotive, heavy machinery, industrial, or specialized retail sectors). * **Key Knowledge:** * Inventory management and control (ABC models, cycle counts, Kardex). * Advanced ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or other WMS/MM modules). * Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards applicable to warehouses. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (operational KPIs and management reporting). **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of spare parts. * Ensure inventory accuracy through scheduled audits and cycle counts. * Supervise and motivate the technical and operational warehouse team under your responsibility. * Monitor service response times and key performance indicators (On\-Time / In\-Full, data entry accuracy, turnover rate). * Ensure proper packaging, preservation, and organization (5S) of component stock.
