Our company F\&C EDIFICACIONES, specialized in the construction of Multifamily Housing, is looking for outstanding professionals for the position of **ARCHITECT FOR THE PROJECTS DEPARTMENT** to join our team of collaborators, who meets the following requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with at least 1 year of experience in office or field work, responsible for managing project metrics * Office staff management * Experience in cost estimation and budgeting * **EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE IN ARCHITECTURAL, ELECTRICAL, AND SANITARY METRICS** * Experience in designing multifamily buildings according to RNE regulations, municipal ordinances, etc. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD * Knowledge and expertise in Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations, INDECI, ACI, etc. * Experience with technical documents submitted to Municipalities.
