Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to model, coordinate, and manage BIM documentation, applying standards and regulations, collaborating technologically, and optimizing construction processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and maintain 3D BIM models (architecture, structures, MEP). 2. Coordinate and validate BIM models, resolving interdisciplinary conflicts. 3. Generate construction documentation and optimize processes using BIM. 1\. BIM Modeling: * Create, update, and maintain 3D models for architecture, structures, and MEP systems in specialized software. * Incorporate technical and construction details into digital models according to project standards. 2\. Interdisciplinary Coordination: * Coordinate and validate the integration of BIM models across architecture, structural, and specialty disciplines (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing). * Resolve detected clashes or interferences through "clash detection" processes. 3\. Documentation Management: * Generate drawings, sections, views, and construction documentation directly from the BIM model. * Ensure data traceability and consistency across different model versions. 4\. Standards and Regulations: * Apply international standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and procedures defined in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). * Comply with local regulations related to design and construction. 5\. Technological Collaboration: * Participate in the implementation and improvement of BIM processes within the company. * Train team members on BIM tools when necessary. 6\. Process Optimization: * Contribute to cost analysis, scheduling, and resource management based on the BIM model. * Support the development of 4D (time) and 5D (cost) simulations.
