Technical Drafter / CAD Designer We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Drafter / CAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software, primarily AutoCAD and Revit. In addition, the candidate must have solid knowledge in mechanical and sanitary systems, and preferably experience with SolidWorks. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and modification of detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit. * Design of mechanical and sanitary installation plans. * Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications. * Collaboration with engineers and other professionals to ensure drawing accuracy and quality. * Maintenance and organization of drawing files and documentation. * 3D modeling with SolidWorks (desirable). * Perform equipment quantity takeoffs. * Prepare Preasbuilt and Asbuilt plans. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Technical Drafter / CAD Designer. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Solid knowledge in mechanical and sanitary systems. * Knowledge of SolidWorks (desirable). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. * Technical studies in technical drawing, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
