Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Architect specializing in Interior Design with hotel experience to develop aesthetic concepts and execute designs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of aesthetic concepts and moodboards for clients 2. Creation of 3D models, renders, and detailed drawings 3. Coordination of design implementation with contractors and suppliers **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Architecture and current professional license. * Specialization or diploma in Interior Design. * Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel interior design (**MANDATORY**) Responsibilities: * Develop aesthetic concepts (moodboards) aligned with client requirements. * Produce high-quality 3D models and renders for client approval. * Prepare detailed drawings: floor finishes, ceiling layouts, lighting, electrical/plumbing fixtures, and fixed furniture. * Select and specify furniture, lighting fixtures, and color palettes. * Ensure contractors (drywall specialists, painters, carpenters) implement the design faithfully according to drawings. * Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and installation of finishes. * Willingness to travel. **Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
