Job Summary: An Architecture professional specialized in Interior Design to develop aesthetic concepts, 3D models, and supervise design implementation, with availability for travel. Supervision of design implementation and coordination with suppliers. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Architecture and registered with the professional association. * Specialization or diploma in Interior Design. * Minimum 2 years of experience. Responsibilities: * Develop aesthetic concepts (moodboards) aligned with client needs. * Prepare high-quality 3D models and renders for client approval. * Prepare detailed drawings: floor finishes, ceilings, lighting, electrical/plumbing fixtures, and built-in furniture. * Select and specify furniture, lighting fixtures, and color palettes. * Ensure contractors (drywall specialists, painters, carpenters) implement designs faithfully according to drawings. * Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing and installation of finishes. * Availability for travel. **Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
