BIM Modeling: * Create, update, and maintain 3D models of architecture, structures, and building services (MEP) in specialized software. * Incorporate technical and construction details into digital models according to project standards. 2. Interdisciplinary Coordination: * Coordinate and validate the integration of BIM models with architecture, structural, and specialty disciplines (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing). * Resolve conflicts or interferences identified through "clash detection" processes. 3. Documentation Management: * Generate drawings, sections, views, and construction documentation directly from the BIM model. * Ensure data traceability and consistency across different model versions. 4. Standards and Regulations: * Apply international standards (such as ISO 19650) and procedures defined in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). * Comply with local regulations related to design and construction. 5. Technological Collaboration: * Participate in the implementation and improvement of BIM processes within the company. * Train the workforce on BIM tools, when necessary. 6. Process Optimization: * Contribute to cost analysis, scheduling, and resource management based on the BIM model. * Support the development of 4D (time) and 5D (cost) simulations.
