**Sanitary Engineer Specialist in Technical FilesGeneral Requirements** * Degree holder, licensed and qualified Sanitary Engineer. * Proven experience in the preparation of **technical files for drinking water systems, sewage and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP/WTP)**. * Knowledge and application of **current technical regulations in sanitation** (RNE, SUNASS standards, OSCE, etc.). * Proficiency in preparing **calculation reports** for: * Drinking water networks * Sewer networks * Water intake and conveyance * Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants * Stormwater drainage **Specific Knowledge** * Proficient in **BIM methodology** for project modeling and management. * Experience in **sanitary infrastructure**: networks, reservoirs, pumping stations, WTP/WWTP. * Preparation of **material takeoffs and quantity surveys** for sanitary installations. * Proficient in specialized software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit (BIM), and hydraulic calculation programs. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure that the technical file complies with current standards and regulations. * Prepare descriptive reports, calculation reports, and drawings within their specialty. * Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project consistency. * Review and validate material takeoffs and budgets related to sanitary installations.
